I never had a weight problem until I hit menopause, then the weight just seem to pile
on. I tried every diet know to man and woman...Nutrisystems, Jenny Craig, Weight
Watchers, Fen/Fen, Atkins, Sensa, even a gastric lap-band (which I ultimately had to
