Recipes:
Enjoy (2) Crissini Bread Sticks or (2) Melba Toast per day
Have one with lunch and one with dinner, or as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack with a soothing cup of tea
Auntie Audrey's Baked Apple Pie without the crust:
- 1 Large delicious apple or apple of your choice (core and bake whole or cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 Tsp of ground cinnamon sprinkled inside or over apple or cinnamon sticks placed inside center of apple (Cinnamon
helps regulate blood sugar)
- Several Drops of Liquid Stevia (English Toffee and or Cinnamon flavored)
Bake covered to seal in juices @ 350 for 45 minutes or 3-5 minutes in the microwave
Sherry's Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus, Barbecue-Style:
- 6-7 Tiger Tail Shrimp (skewered), marinate with lemon juice & garlic, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Handful of Asparagus (cut the ends off accordingly), marinate with lemon juice & garlic, salt
and pepper to taste Grill on the Barbee and enjoy!
Charlie's Crunchy Cucumber Salad w/Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing &
Cracked Black Pepper:
- 1 Full cucumber (Standard or English) peal if desired, then sliced or cut into bite-size pieces, toss in Honey Mustard
Vinaigrette Dressing, salt & pepper to taste.
Henry's Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing:
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup water
- 1 TB Mustard
- Several Drops of Liquid Stevia Clear
(Depending on personal preference)
Larry's Savory Veal Piccata With Asparagus Spears
- 100 grams (about 3.5 oz) of lean veal
- Lemon Pepper
Sprinkle liberally with lemon pepper on both sides, then sear in very hot non-stick pan.
Veal is a very tender meat and the lemony flavor is out of this world.
- 1 Handful of Asparagus (Cut the ends off accordingly)
- 1/2 Lemon Squeeze 1/2 of a lemon over asparagus in a shallow
pan and steam to desired preference.
Sherry Berries' Frozen Strawberry Delight
- 1 Handful of Frozen Strawberries (About 7-10 berries depending on size)
- 1 Pkt. of Vanilla flavored Stevia sprinkled on berries after they are semi-thawed




Limit 2 bread sticks or
2 Melba Toast per day
This lemony dish is
